In this role, you will:

Grow and develop your territory by conducting high volume outbound (calls, emails, and social media)

Monitor and maintain an individual sales pipeline that generates shipment and revenue growth

Learn the art of on-boarding new and existing customers by speaking directly to their areas of need 

Work closely with internal departments and coworkers to support our Cultural Beliefs

Become an industry expert and develop product/service mastery

Develop the ability to sell and market yourself and our company

Display ability to meet and surpass specific monthly & quarterly goals

Submit pricing proposals for new, dormant, and/or existing accounts

Process your customer's requests for pickups, proof of deliveries, and bill of ladings in a timely manner

Learn to use our CRM and marketing systems to manage your customer base.

Job Requirements

You must have:

•         Naturally passionate (about anything!) and curious  

•         Goal oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

•         Ability to efficiently multi-task on a daily basis 

•         Superb communication skills: written and verbal

•         The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging (FUN) environment

•         Attention to detail and ability to learn and absorb material quickly

•         A developed competitive nature with a strong interest in sales and marketing

•         Strong customer service skills with prompt follow up

•         The ability to overcome objections on a daily basis

•         Participate in thought provoking roundtable discussions about our company and industry

•         Basic math, computing, and reporting skills



Nice to have: Prior experience selling products and services in which you demonstrated the ability to meet and surpass goals

This position offers hourly compensation with a scalable commission structure, along with a benefits package. Each employee will receive thorough training on our system and sales process. Employees are expected to embrace continuous training activities and learning/discovery sessions with peers and mentors.
